Grid connection of unit No 2 of the Belarusian NPP is scheduled for the first quarter of 2023

The grid connection of the second power unit of the Belarusian NPP is scheduled for the first quarter of 2023.

This was announced by the Minister of Energy of Belarus Viktor Karankevich.

The readiness of the second unit is 97%. As part of the phased programs, planned technological work continues on it, the minister added.

The first power unit of the Belarusian NPP is currently operating at nominal capacity.
