North Korea Missile Launch Would be ‘Provocation’ – US RIA Novosti, PUBLISHED April 23, 2013 US Secretary of State John Kerry warned North Korea on Friday that any test of a mid-range missile would further isolate it from the international community. "If Kim Jong Un decides to launch a missile, whether it's across the Sea of Japan or some other direction, he will be choosing willfully to ignore the entire international community," Kerry told journalists after arriving in Seoul, South Korea. "And it will be a provocation and unwanted act that will raise people's temperatures." Kerry, speaking on the first day of four days of talks in East Asia, also said any missile launch would be a “huge mistake” by North Korea.
