Both are produced by the same Votkinsky Plant in Udmurtia, which is also the sole  manufacturer of the tactical Iskander missiles that are badly needed by the Land  Forces.<br>  The recommended remedies include expanding the scale of production or at least  transferring the manufacture of Iskanders elsewhere.  </p>");
