The project for the construction of new units at the Iranian Bushehr NPP remains a priority for the Rosatom State Corporation.

This was stated by the head of the state corporation Alexey Likhachev.

"The reactor vessel is already more than 60% ready for power unit No. 2, and the steam generators are 50% complete. We plan to start shipping key equipment next year. We continue casting and forging metallurgical blanks for the equipment of power unit No. 3," he noted.
