REIN Engineering JSC, a consulting company, has been incorporated as part of the international REIN division of ROSATOM.

The main activities of REIN Engineering JSC comprise the provision of consulting services in the field of managing projects for the construction of infrastructure and industrial facilities, primarily modern NPPs, including implementation of system engineering processes, expert examination of design and technical documentation, ensuring management of quality, changes, requirements, schedule, timing and cost.

The expertise of REIN Engineering specialists allows solving tasks in the field of business process automation and creating information environment, supporting supplies and equipment manufacturing processes, including I&C systems, as well as managing communications with stakeholders such as business partners, specialized bodies and market regulators, NGOs and local communities.

REIN Engineering combines technical and engineering competence with its international experience in managing projects and work in compliance with norms and requirements in the countries of presence. The unique expertise of REIN Engineering team allows offering high-quality engineering and project services across the industry as well as in the Russian and international market.

The head office of REIN Engineering is located in Saint Petersburg, with the first representative offices established in Moscow and in the Republic of T?rkiye. The company employs over 200 engineers and specialists with practical experience in implementing projects in accordance with standards, technical requirements and good business practice of various countries. Nine engineers and specialists hold a PhD degree in Technical Sciences.

In total, three batches of nuclear fuel, including all fuel assemblies for the first core loading as well as the bundles for the first refueling, have been sent by rail from the Elemash Machine-Building Plant in Elektrostal (an enterprise of Rosatom's TVEL Fuel Company).



The secondary sources are already helping to reduce the consumption of natural uranium for the operation of nuclear power plants, but the main breakthrough in the efficiency of uranium use is expected after the widespread introduction of the closed nuclear fuel cycle (NFC).
