Syria Strike to Entail Serious Consequences – China RIA Novosti, PUBLISHED September 09, 2013 China is convinced that any military action in Syria that is not authorized by the UN Security Council would have “serious consequences,” a Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman said Wednesday.
