South Korean Inspectors Visit Paves Way for Family Reunions Restart RIA Novosti, PUBLISHED August 29, 2013 A team of South Korean inspectors crossed the border with North Korea Wednesday morning to inspect a resort venue for the first reunions of families separated by the Korean War in three years, Yonhap news agency reported. The two Koreas agreed last Friday to use the Mount Kumgang resort in a North Korean border area for holding the reunions between September 25 and 30, according to the agency.
